Are returns free?

What maintenance does it need? Does it need charging?

It doesn't need charging or batteries. It's a manual cable mechanism. And it requires very little maintenance. It's only recommended to clean the rubber parts and the shaft with a damp cloth every few uses and dry it thoroughly to prevent moisture. No lubricants or additional tools are required.

Can it be used with one hand? Does it require a lot of strength?

Yes. The design is intended for easy, effortless, and precise one-handed operation, even during extended use.

Is it suitable for elderly people or people with reduced mobility?

Can you lift heavy objects, such as full bottles or boxes?

No, it's designed for light to medium-weight objects (up to approximately 1–1.3 kg). It's ideal for picking up clothes, papers, containers, keys, or trash, but not for lifting heavy objects or using as a support tool.

Does the magnet work with all types of metals?

The built-in magnet attracts ferromagnetic metals (such as iron, nickel, or cobalt). It does not work with aluminum, copper, or brass objects, as these are not magnetic.

Does the rotating head lock in any position?
